Key Account Manager Oldsbury, West Midlands £23,000 - £25,000 p.a + excellent benefits Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with previous knowledge or experience of standards, certifications or accreditations?My client is a global organisation who work with organisations to provide them with quality management standards, certifications and accreditations. Due to internal progression, an exceptional opportunity for a Key Accounts Manager has arisen to join the team based in Oldsbury, West Midlands.

This exciting role will involve the management of key client accounts, who are in the process of achieving accreditation or quality management standards, and you will be acting as the main point of contact for these clients & internal stakeholders as they go through this process. It will carry a large element of customer care working with your client, global offices and local audit teams to meet the delivery timeframes whilst resolving any issues that arise. You will develop your key accounts, working with sales teams to grow existing contracts, and ensure any future business.   At times you will be attending meetings and providing contractual documentation, organisation of client training, producing reports and all post contract requirements & documentation. Key Accountabilities- Manage the client relationships and drive delivery and back office activities during and after accreditations have been awarded- Be the liaison between the customer and your internal stakeholders - Ensure that contractual / Service Level Agreement requirements are met, which could include face to face meetings with clients - Manage some commercial aspects of the contract like profit/ revenue figures and identify any further business development opportunities - Design and development of post contract documentation - Organisation of client training with the Training academy for clients' internal champions to ensure they understand how to maintain compliance inhouse- Produce project reviews and reporting - understanding how the implementations with your clients are going and the different stages of this- Work to develop existing Key accounts and launch new accounts - client meetings, attending seminars & events, requesting referrals - Ensure completion of all assigned work and that all documentation has followed standard operating procedures - Manage the audit teams to enhance client satisfaction and ensure compliance Skills & Knowledge- Must be able to demonstrate evidence of previous experience in project/contract management experience in a consulting/auditing environment - Experience of working under own initiative and in planning and prioritising workloads - Experience of managing and leading teams - Have a background in account management, sales or operations - Work under pressure to demanding deadlines. - Be self-motivated and disciplined, able to work without close supervision - Identify solutions, think laterally and focus on service delivery - Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels - Have a full driving licence and be prepared to visit customers alone when required
