They are currently seeking a Branch Administrator on apart-time basis to support membership activity in their London Branch.As a key point of contact for their membersand potential members within your Branch, you will ensure a professional andefficient service is provided at all times, providing support and guidancewhere necessary.A key part of your rolewill be to organise, promote and co-ordinate an annual programme of CPD andnetworking events within your Branch.

Working with your Branch Committee, you will help toraise the profile of the company within your region and will buildrelationships with individuals, companies and educational establishments toencourage membership growth and retention. You will also organise and attendcommittee meetings, disseminating agendas and producing accurate and timelyminutes while undertaking a variety of other administrative tasks.

Bringing to the role demonstrable experience in anadministrative role, you will have strong interpersonal and communicationskills and will ideally be educated to A Level standard or equivalent.Well organised, with strong IT skills andsome experience of using social media within the workplace, you will haveexperience of organising and promoting professional events and will beconfident engaging with a wide variety of customers to promote the company.Experience of working with volunteers or within a membership organisation or the constructionindustry would be desirable.

Due to the nature of the role, itwill be necessary to travel to various locations for meetings and events soideally you will hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your owntransport. Occasional evening work may also be involved. The role is home based and all necessaryequipment will be provided.
