Project Team Lead

Permanent  for Adaptive Globalization Ltd in City

Our client is a global leading document, content and language services company based in London ($50m plus) who are looking for an experienced team lead to manage a team or mid level to senior project managers. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Day to day supervision of the Project Management teams and delegation and support of their workload Maintaining a wide overview of all projects being produced, chairing production meetings, setting priorities and providing direction to Projects Managers Working closely with the Quality Manager and Operations Manager on the introduction and training associated with new technology and SOPs Providing feedback to the Operations Manager on the individual performance of the Project Managers Coordinates with the Operations Manager staffing needs and service levels Coordinates and communicates with internal departments regarding work flow and work load Liaison with internal billing department and sales to ensure accurate invoicing of internal and external clients Liaison with multiple internal contacts in different geographical locations Actively mentors and develops more junior team members while conveying a positive environment Participates in the identification and implementation future business solutions Actively participates in client meetings and presentations Accountable for the client experience including dealing with service recovery issues Manages project margins and ensures profitability throughout the job production process Ensure utilisation of the system to create work instructions, purchase orders, distributions and update the costs and job history for billing purposes Actively participates in the Vendor Management program to ensure all PM group are using the most cost effective vendors Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time Availability to travel
