HR Change Specialist
My client is a successful and expanding business group based in the West Midlands who are in the process of a national audit process and are looking for a interim support to manage and co-ordinate the change management and TUPE programme on the ground for the business.
You will take ownership of the people plan and work stream for specific HR projects to be reviewed and presented to the Senior HR leadership team. Key Accountabilities include: bid opportunities from inception through to steady state mobilisation. Leading the relationship with the transferor/transferee organisations through to completion of the TUPE process. Ensure appropriate employee consultation and communication occurs including trade unions, staff representatives & employees. Ensure key stakeholders are informed of progress through bid and mobilisation phases. Ensure the appropriate facilitation of the transfer of employees – processes and administration. Travel will be required to the south on occasion. The role is an initial 3 month FTC opportunity with strong opportunities to expand.
The ideal candidate will be MCIPD qualified, and have considerable HR and change management experience ideally with in facilities management or similar fast paced organisations. Experience of working with trade unions and complex HR change projects is a must. You also must be able to demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentations skills. You must be available for an immediate start!
