Business Management Graduate

OVERVIEW:

This person will support the delivery of client services. This person will use technical skills to independently execute high quality data-related projects and assignments in a timely manner.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Plan, organise, develop and deliver, within the agreed deadlines, Business Management (BM) services to the client

·Assist the client in using Business Management processes and concepts.

·Ensure the accuracy of accounting and financial data sent by the client’s dealership network.

·Increase the submission rate of this data, to match the client’s requirements.

·Check, analyse and follow-up the data submitted.

·Develop all deliverables and reports, as requested by the clients.

·Assist with the implementation of BM systems.

·Visit dealerships as required by the clients to improve the quality of the data submitted.

·Prepare and run the monthly Composite Review meetings at the client’s offices.

·Process client’s data using the required Urban Science solutions.

·Maintain an excellent relationship with the client, including with the dealers.

·Any other tasks as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Enrolment in Baccalaureate degree applied math, finance or similarMicrosoft Word, Access, and Excel skills are required
