Lloyds List Group has an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Advertising Operations Manager to play a critical role in our growing digital advertising business, fulfilling, optimising and reporting on digital advertising campaigns.
Leading the Digital Advertising Operations team, the Digital Advertising Operations Manager will enable the business to drive sustainable digital advertising revenue through the provision of market leading Ad operations, expert campaign optimization and exceeding fill rate and yield targets. We are seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Operations professional who is customer service focused, and passionate about optimising campaigns and making recommendations driven by sound analytical data.

We operate multiple content sites for our publications such as Lloyds List Intelligence, Lloyds Loading List and Insurance Day, offering our clients a targeted audience for digital advertising opportunities. Our advertising operations team takes a very consultative approach in servicing our customers, and ensuring that their campaigns are tailored and optimised to their requirements.
Based in our central London offices, this position will have regular travel to our Colchester.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Ability to lead and develop an advertising operations teamPrior experience in an advertising operations functionPrior experience of managing campaigns through 3rd party advertising technology. Xaxis would be beneficialPrior experience using traffic measurement tools. Google analytics and Omniture would be beneficialPrior experience working with CRM systems. Salesforce would be beneficial Ability to prioritise processes and procedures in a logical wayStrong experience in reporting, analysing campaign statistics and optimising campaigns to achieve campaign delivery objectivesGood understanding of recognised advertising industry standards including but not limited to ASA andIAB guidelines Good understanding of effective advert design and how that impacts campaign resultsExperience in working with sales and/or customers to optimise campaigns Good standard of literacy and a flair for accurately capturing information requirementsDemonstrated an ability to work to tight deadlinesAdvertising design experience and advantage Prior experience managing programmatic advertising an advantage
