Job purposeTo provide the drive, analysis, processes and information to deliver the budgeted financial performance. ResponsibilitiesControl and communicate expenditure and maximise income to achieve or exceed budgeted financial performance.Understand the Contract, identify and price variations (capital works and services) and create clear persuasive arguments based on cause and effect to achieve proper payment.Regularly monitor income and instigate action to ensure prompt payment. Assess, record and advise managers on risks and opportunities that may influence financial performance.Commercial management of subcontracts and suppliers.Establish and maintain good responsive communication with SPV and Trust managers. Contractual Performance and Commercial Services reporting.Contribute to the production of budgets, forecasts and monthly CVR’s, through identification of risks and opportunities.Demonstrate a clear and effective alignment with the operational objectives and the commercial interests of IFM.
