Credit Control Assistant
An opportunity with a leading international cookware manufacturer/distributor has arisen for a Credit Control Assistant based at our offices in Bromborough.

In addition to Anolon and Circulon, our other brands include Silverstone, Raymond Blanc, Cake Boss, Prestige and Ruffoni.and can be purchased in the majority of major department stores, multiple chain stores and independent cookshops.
The Role: Reporting to the Credit Controller, the Credit Control Assistant will provide support with all aspects of the Credit Control function.
Key Tasks:Analysing, processing and posting data in an accurate and timely manner.Following standard work procedures; maintaining and updating them as required.Ensuring good relationships and communication with internal/external customersResolving queries, identifying recurring issues and proposing solutionsProducing invoices and problem solving Posting customer cash/Allocating customer remittancesManaging overdue accounts, putting accounts on hold and sending out letters to customersMonth End and Year End tasksAd hoc duties as and when required
The ideal candidate will be a team player, demonstrate great attention to detail and accuracy, will be flexible, reliable and have an adaptable work attitude, He or she will also have a friendly, approachable manner and be computer literate. Experience in a Credit Control environment will be a distinct advantage.
Working Hours 34 per week:
Mon to Thurs 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Friday 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
