Soloman Law Limited to looking for a proactive person for it HR department, job role includes following duties/tasks:Determines staffing needs; Oversees the preparation of job descriptions, drafts advertisements and interviews candidates; Oversees the monitoring of employee performance and career development needs; provides or arranges for provision of training courses; develops and administers salary, health and safety and promotion policies;Examines and reports on company and departmental structures, chains of command, information flows and evaluates efficiency of existing operations;considers alternative work procedures to improve productivity.Operational management of HR service.Health and safety- experienceDevelopment, review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and the staff handbookRecruitment experienceSickness and AbsencePayroll Administration and Advice, e.g. MaternityAdvising and assisting managers in Employee RelationsCo-ordination and implementation of all training and development strategy and activityStays abreast of relevant legislation, considers its impact on the organisation’s HR strategy and recommend appropriate action.
Key RequirementsThree year relevant experienceDemonstrable experience at a similar level within HR functionPC literate with good Word and Excel skillsQualifications: NQF level six or above
