Pip Studio Trade Account Manager

The trade account manager would make sure they manage their time each day working to a timetable that ensures they get each task complete. Daily tasks include

Communicating with trade customers, particularly retail merchandisers, to understand and help plan their buying requirementsUpdating information on weekly intake plan and delivery planSetting time aside for pro-active tasks (am) which would be decided in advance such as order confirmations, immediate deliveries, invoicing and order planningSetting time aside for re-active tasks (pm) such as returns, credits, stock issues or extra customer requirementsDownloading and uploading information from EDI

General stuff

The working hours would be from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

The location would be at our orchard studio in Walcote

As well as the specific job role as trade account manager we will also require a few extra responsibilities such as the assistance with trade shows and some sales meetings (if needed, we will provide notice), making a round of tea for everyone (at least once a day, we love tea!) and helping answer phone calls in our busy office.

Experience of Sage is beneficial for this role and a good knowledge of Excel is a must. Attention to detail and a good ability to focus under pressure is vital for this position.
