Bookkeeper, accounts manager

Permanent  for Greenserve in South West London

A rapidly expanding property maintenance company based in South West London is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to run their Xero Accounts Systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and a proven rack record in accounting and bookkeeping experience. Xero software knowledge preferred but not essential as training can be provided.


·You will be responsible for Bank Reconciliations

·Preparing VAT Returns

·Completing Payroll, Expenses and Credit Cards

·Producing detailed reports for the Directors


·Overseeing daily invoicing

·Dealing with wages, (15 + employees)

.Manage and process all administration including data entry and filing, staff holidays etc


·You must have a very strong knowledge of accounts, accounting and payroll

.excellent excel skills vital

·Experience in wages

·Excellent communication skills

·Ability to work within a small team 

.Be self motivated and show imitative

.Be mature and have leadership skills to direct the admin staff 

.Excellent office admin skills

You must thrive on using initiative and taking responsibility to support the driven owner and managers in the smooth running of this medium sized maintenance business,

22-28 k depending on experience.
