Temporary  for Alma Personnel in Sutton Coldfield

We are looking to recruit a temporary Administrator for the month of January 2015, starting on the 5th.

Role and Responsibilities

To carry out routine reception/clerical/secretarial work, requiring some interpretation of data, working under the supervision of the Personal and Team Secretary. Maintain the Head Officeadministration and front of house functions, which include:

·database administration

·invoice processing

·purchasing

·answering incoming calls and fielding through a switchboard

·all postal duties

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Educated with a minimum of a C grade in GCSE English.Experience within a similar role is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Good telephone manner for answering incoming calls and conducting potential customer/supplier enquiriesExcellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Access and OutlookHigh level of attention to detailExperience in working with confidential information
