Smileworks ar a brand new facial aesthetics and dental practice in the centre of Liverpool. We are growing at an exponential rate and need an expert to bring order to our rapidly expanding business.

Smileworks are looking for an experienced and high flying practice manager to overhaul, rebuild and run all aspects of business operations. Reporting into the corporate director, this role will see you managing processes and people and also developing and tailoring procedures and processes. 

Your responsibilities will include the management of the front of house team and their operations end to end. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping track of performance by goal setting and also assisting the Corporate Director with recruitment, development and training. 

Your role will also involve - with the help of our futuristic practice management software - keeping in touch with patients, making appointments, telephone-based marketing and maximising treatment plan uptake by selling over the phone. 

We are looking for bright, high-flying candidates who have possibly come from a role where they have not been given enough scope to develop. You must have experience working as a practice manager and be confident and capable with patents and staff members. 

Responsibilities

Management:

Manage reception and coordinate the front-of-house to make sure the practice runs smoothly.Use practice management software to ensure the smooth delivery of patients to the clinical teamWork pro-actively in the reception area assisting the front of house team Coordinate the clinical team and assist them in delivery of first class results.Goal-setting with the Corporate Director in order to improve business performance and staff performanceMonitor targets and set and monitor staff KPIsArrange staff training and maintain staff records, taking into consideration CQC and CPD requirements and staff attendance - you will be liaising with our Compliance Manager for this purposeOrganise and chair staff meetings

Skills:

Excellent people skills, both with patients, to manage and motivate staff, and in dealings within and external to the businessExcellent organisation, a hard and efficient worker, focused on detail Numerate, with the ability to monitor key financial aspects of the business and assist in the daily running and long term planning of the businessExtremely computer literate with the ability to use complex patient management systems (MacPractice) in addition to promotional experience on social media platformsExcellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to manage even difficult situationsBrand-building to increase awareness of our businessExceptional sales ability Front of house skills including running reception and coordinating appointments and patientsAbility to conduct sales calls effectively to drive business - whether this be recall, patient update or new patient acquisition

You must be motivated, hard-working and intelligent with a can-do attitude. You must be well-presented but above all nice to our patients in order to offer them a luxury service in our growing practice.

Experience within the medical industry would be nice, but not essential. Your experience MUST include customer service roles where you have increased business turnover in customer-facing roles. 

Initially part-time, salary is dependent on experience.
