iCobus Ltd is a Recruitment & Employment Business, specialising within the Telecommunications industry, providing mostly temporary staff, but also permanent staff, throughout the UK. The company uses Microdec Profile RPM as it’s database, to record and manage all Temp & Perm bookings and recruitment sales activity. The database integrates with an online timesheet & invoicing system for managing all timesheet submittals and client invoicing, resulting in a complete paperless office to create the most efficient working environment possible, for the Recruitment Consultant.

A confident Recruitment Consultant with excellent IT skills, experienced in working a busy temp desk and understanding the recruitment process of perm staff. An effective communicator who is sales orientated, driven and competitive in nature with a positive and resilient attitude for planning and making new sales calls and winning new business.
The Role of the Recruitment Consultant
You must be a self-starter, happy to work on your own initiative to plan, create & deliver your own daily sales activity of approaching new clients and winning new business, whilst maintaining existing client/candidate relationships. You will be responsible for identifying good candidates and marketing them to clients, taking job requirements, sourcing and building up a candidate base, using job boards, writing adverts, using Linked In as a head hunting tool, whilst representing the company in the most professional manner.
