Talent Acquisition Coordinator EMEA - Life Science / Cambridge

Illumina are a global biotechnology company, with offices in San Diego, Cambridge, Singapore and Belgium, that produce an industry-leading DNA sequencer platform.  Our instruments, software and reagents are used in laboratories, hospitals, universities and research institutes across the globe and we are entering an exciting period of growth in Europe.

Our team is growing very rapidly and we need to add addition support within the Talent Aquisition function in the Coordinator role.This initial 6 month position will provide administrative support to the EMEA Talent Acquisitionl team.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

·Provide full administrative support to the EMEA Talent Acquisition team.

·Coordinate and schedule telephone and onsite interviews across Europe.

·Assist interview candidates with booking travel arrangements and accommodation.

·Process Talent Acquisition invoices and interview expenses.

·Generate contracts of employment and compile new employee packs.

·Manage the on boarding process for all new employees, including arranging first day inductions.

·Maintain the HR and recruitment database.

·Handle general phone enquiries.

·Produce regular recruitment reports using excel.

Required skills and experience:

·Experience of working in a fast paced customer service and office administration role. Experience within HR or Recruitment would be advantageous.

·Must be computer literate – Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

·Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Ability to manage a varied and changing workload.

·Ability to adapt to constantly changing processes and systems whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.

·Ability to function in a fast paced team environment.

·Positive attitude, hardworking and willing to learn.

·Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
