Document & Archive Administrator

Permanent  for Fusion People in Salisbury

We are currently recruiting for a Document & Archive Administrator to provide Administration of the Calibration Regulatory Archive and documentation , be Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the Engineering Archive, manage the Engineering Archive on a day-to-day basis, ensure that archiving of documents and records is carried out as per procedure, assist with the closing of Calibration Work Orders on the system and other duties in line with the role.The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with excellent document management skills with a good understanding of supplier and engineering, working knowledge of the document control systems and processes with previous experience of positively dealing with the resolution of customer problems within specific contracts.If you think you have the above knowledge and skills, please email me your cv asap-Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
