HR Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator a well established company based in wednesbury offering an immediate start and a salary between £15,000 - £18,000 per annum, dependant upon experience.The purpose of the role is to provide HR administration support across the business and to ensure a smooth and efficient service to internal customers and colleagues.Daily duties will include:- Supporting the HR manager with the planning and reporting of all performance related duties.- Assisting the manager with recruitment across the business- Monitoring labour costs across the business- Assisting in amendments to contracts of employment for existing employees- Assisting the manager with note taking during disciplinaries and grievance meetings- Responsible for monitoring employee performance- Processing monthly timesheets for payroll.- All other related duties as requiredThe hours of work are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.Suitable candidates will have ideally held one of the following roles previously: HR Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, HR AssistantTo apply for this opportunity please select the apply button.---------------------------------Pertemps is an Equal Opportunities Employer
