Temporary Client Administrator (possible permanent contract)

We have a superb administration role working for our client based in central Bristol.  This is intially a temporary role to cover a busy period but our client hopes this will be a permanent role for the suitable candidate. This role is an immediate start.  This role will be to implement, support and review the administration processes required to deliver client accounts effectively, efficiently, accurately and with customer focus at all times.

Your role will be to provide administrative support to and for the account management team, to enable them to manage client data, provide reports and implement processes to deliver the client requirements, in a timely and accurate manner.

To support the Account Co-ordinators  with the preparation of activities for the client – e.g. briefing documents, call questions, in conjunction with reviewing response data and photographs to determine compliance levels

To deal with telephone enquiries from clients, customers, merchandisers, providing accurate and consistent information about the tasks they are undertaking, passing on delivery information and generally assisting merchandising colleagues in a customer focused and positive manner

To respond to client queries on behalf of the Account Manager, i.e. answering queries about past and future visits to store, reviewing information provided by merchandisers & clients about store visits and generally dealing with issues in an agreed manner

To prepare and load information for the field team onto PDAs, tablets and/or any other method

To carry out any administrative duties as and when required

For this opportunity we are seeking the suitable candidate to have the following:

Able to work in a team and have superb communication skills

An organiser and planner 

Able to work under pressure, flexible, multi task and use own initiative

Literate (at least grade C in GCSE English), numerate (at least grade C in GCSE Maths), and can use and is confident with IT especially Word and Excel. 

Will have a good general background in an administrative role leading to a good understanding of and ability to deal with people and general administrative tasks, e.g. data entry, telephone answering, preparation of simple reports.  This is a fantastic opportunity working for a company who are friendly, busy and expanding.  For further information, please contact us.
