My client is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their company in the Bromley area. They are a well respected service who is looking for a strong administrator to assist with general administration, filing, data entry, and copy typing. This is a busy and exciting opportunity for a professional and hardworking candidate. This is a temporary position ongoing past Christmas. Hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. We require a highly professional and accurate Administrator to join a team of 15, working for a well respected confidential services. The job role includes:*Copy typing*Receiving/Making calls *Typing of letters and sending to clients*Working of the diary system*Data entry*Working on a basic bespoke system similar to Access*Cross checking information*Interaction with the publicThe correct candidate will be aware of the Data Protection Act and be able to deal with issues of a sensitive nature.Due to the high volumes of applications that we receive we are only able to make contact with successful applicants.
