Internal RecruiterTo facilitate further expansion we are seeking an Internal Recruiter to support the business with the core remit to ensure that we are recruiting the best Consultants who will in turn recruit the best IT talent for our clients. This is a new role at Senitor and will be key to our ambitious growth plans. You will provide an engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process taking responsibility for the attraction, selection and on boarding of great candidates into the business. Key responsibilities will include: Working in conjunction with the management team to agree, plan and manage resourcing campaigns in line with current opportunities. Managing the direct sourcing of candidates utilising social media, job boards etc.Handling advert responses, shortlisting suitable candidates obtaining appropriate details regarding the applicant's suitability for the role and Senitor.Arrange interviews, managing the on line diary ensuring the hiring manager has the appropriate information to conduct the interview. Monitor and provide analysis on recruitment activity. Assist the HR Manager with new hire processes and general HR administration and coordination.In addition to the core tasks above you will also be required to develop talent pools and maintain positive contact with candidates to ensure Senitor have a pipeline of suitable talent for future roles.You will also liaise with the external agencies to further support our talent pipeline. There will also be opportunity to get involved with the attraction strategy and on boarding programme to include induction & training.
