Compensation & Benefits Consultant Permanent Bristol Salary to £45K + benefits

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche International Consulting Business with its Global Consulting operation based in the centre of Bristol, to recruit a talented externally focused Compensation & Benefits Consultant on a permanent basis.

Reporting to a Senior HR Consultant you will be delivering Domestic and International C&B advice and solutions to your Global Client Portfolio based in the UK, Europe, U.S, South East Asia and India.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Provide a full range of compensation & benefits information and incentives across a varied Client portfolioCompetent at supporting international salary review processes & market benchmarkingLead on any analysis processes to facilitate the planning, budgeting, modelling and processing of Clients' annual compensation review cycle including any bonus plansOversee Clients' day to day operation and promotion of their benefits and pensions portfolio; manage contracts relating to third party benefit suppliersParticipate in the design, development and delivery of compensation and benefits projects for Clients Develop and execute plans of work to support Client requirements, which demonstrate the work that will be undertaken, the likely timescales and outcomesEnsure work plans are progressed as agreed and that problems / issues are highlighted as early as possible in the process and managed to a positive outcomeReview the circumstances of each Client to identify potential business development opportunities for other services offeredWork with the Senior HR Consultant to develop services and processes that provide the most competitive and cost effective productKeep abreast of developments and trends in International C&B legislative requirements, new products, best practices and industry changes that will impact / benefit the Client baseEnsure files / documentation kept on Clients behalf are maintained to appropriate requirements

You will have experience with building customer relationships, managing a variety of work demands in a high pressure environment and possess a high standard of written and spoken English. Your experience will also include providing advisory services in and / or with an International Operation, preferably a USA technology Company. Ideally but not essentially you will be familiar with start-up situations across either / both EMEA or APAC.
