Events Coordinator up to 23K

My client, a large, renowned professional organisation, with stunning offices based in the West End, and a large, expanding Events department, require an Events Coordinators to join their busy Conferences and Events team.

The primary purpose of the post is to promote and co-ordinate events, (usually meetings and conferences for designated 'Sections’ of the organisation.)

In general, an Events Co-ordinator will be responsible for several events at a time, be able to work to tight deadlines and processes, and will be able to support and run at least 25-30 meetings per annum.

The Events Co-ordinator is expected to be pro-active and take a high level of ownership for the 'Sections’ for which they are responsible, which will include providing support and guidance to departments in the planning and running of their meetings / events and in supporting them to set and maintain a balanced budget.

We are looking for an enthusiastic driven Events Coordinator who has experience in coordinating all aspects of an event. This includes attending planning meetings, producing event budgets, creating online events, inviting speakers, seeking sponsorship, creating a marketing campaign (including designing emails and social media campaigns), contracting with a venue, creating conference materials and managing events on the day.

This is a newly created role, and is paying up to 23K for the right candidate, plus unbeatable benefits package
