Job Title: Claims Handler
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 9.00pm Saturday & Sunday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week, over an even split of early, mid and late shifts
This role is the entry role into the new Legal Processing Centre based at our clients Manchester office. The role focuses on the early stages of a claim (client on-boarding) and handling helpline calls.
The key responsibilities of the role are handling helplines calls and setting up the claim, by conducting on-boarding calls in line with the standard call structure in the knowledge base. You will accurately identify risks in line with checklists and process.
Ideal candidates will have:-Able to work quickly and accurately to work output targets;Excellent call handling skills with good client care;Good telephone rapport and sales skills;Able to work to conversion targets.
