An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join a growing healthcare business at a time of rapid growth. Based in a large luxury residential care home, your key focus within the first few months will be to support a high volume recruitment campaign. You will work closely with the operational team and Head of HR and be used to handling all aspects of the recruitment process. This includes advertising, interviewing, vetting candidates, carrying out background checks, providing feedback and following the process through to offer stage.
The post holder will also provide administrative HR support to the region which may include other branches.
You will have:A minimum of 1 years’ previous Recruitment and HR experienceProven skills in providing creative recruitment solutions using a combination of online and conventional advertising methods A good confident telephone mannerGood interviewing skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines and manage own prioritiesA good working knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and relevant employment legislationProficiency in the use of MS Word packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
