Fully resolve customer queries to resolution Manage and resolve first line customer complaints
Provide the highest level of professional customer service and manage 20-40 inbound calls per dayProvide excellent email responses to customers
Good knowledge ofMicrosoftpackages Word and Excel.
Team player with anoutgoing personality.
Highly organised,methodical& motivated.
Mathematics qualifications GCSE C or above desirable.
Excellent Telephone Manner
Strong written and verbal communication
Smart and self-motivated
