Customer Service Advisors

Permanent  for SGS Engineering in Pride Park, Derby

Working for a well respected and expanding organisation this is a great opportunity to join a successful and friendly team of professional customer service and support people. SGS has built its success on providing high quality products and exceptional customer service; your role would be to ensure that our customer experience is to the highest standard possible.

The Role:

Fully resolve customer queries to resolution Manage and resolve first line customer complaints 

Provide the highest level of professional customer service and manage 20-40 inbound calls per dayProvide excellent email responses to customers

About you:

Good knowledge ofMicrosoftpackages Word and Excel.

Team player with anoutgoing personality.

Highly organised,methodical& motivated.

Mathematics qualifications GCSE C or above desirable.

Excellent Telephone Manner

Kind natured

Strong written and verbal communication

Smart and self-motivated

Wage: £14,000 - £19,000

Opportunity to progress career further if desired.

Hours are 7.50am – 5.30pm Mon - Friday
