Here's what you will be doing:
You will be responsible for dealing with calls. Your role will also involve doing dealing with clients.
Duties will include:Dealing with inbound calls from clientsAssisting clients with breakdown recovery on behalf of insurance companies
Experience and skills required:Computer skills essentialExcellent telephone skills are required
What you need for success:Our client is looking for someone who is flexible, hard working, and a quick learner.
Additional Information:Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training is given.You need to be able to train Monday to Friday for 5 weeks.Training is fully paid.Please note there is no selling involved.All days/evenings available between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (All employees are required to work 1 permanent weekend shift)
