Legal secretary required to assist a team of 2 senior solicitors in a large, busy, forward thinking Liverpool city centre law firm.
This role is suitable for an experienced candidate with excellent secretarial skills. You must have outstanding organisation skills and a polite telephone manner with the ability to use your own initiative.
The role will be in a small but rapidly growing team which specialises in medical and professional negligence. The work is interesting and varied. The position will also suit a secretary with experience in large loss personal injury and/or complex litigation.
Hours of work Monday – Friday 9 am and 5 pm
Salary is negotiable upon experience
The role will include:Drafting and typing letters and other documents such as schedules and court documents.Answering telephones and dealing with enquires.Making appointments.Photocopying.Keeping and maintaining diaries.
