Information Project Officer

As an integral part of the operations team, the Information Project Officer will coordinate and analyze a range of information management and project work of behalf of the organization to ensure deliverables are met within agreed timescales. Key relationships being with the finance and commercial teams.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling and co-ordinating the work for the operations teamSetting up and maintaining schedules for information collectionPublishing schedules via the intranetEstablishing and maintaining an information tracking and management systemChecking information for complianceQuery chasing and resolutionSynthesizing, formatting and preparing data for reports and presentationsOrganising team meetings and workshopsProvide training on processes and systems to key internal stakeholders as requiredDrafting and distributing meeting notes and minutesTrack budget expenditure and keep records for reporting to finance team using MS Excel

The right person for this role will have previous project coordination/management experience, an excellent eye for detail and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. You will be IT literate (Windows, MS Office intermediate to advanced, Sharepoint and intranet experience) and able to collect and analyze a wide range of information
