Duties to include:Liaising with clients in all areas of sales - client interaction is vital and sales assistants working with higher priced goods will need to provide a highly personalised approach; Meeting set sales targets - this aspect of the work can be demanding, often carried out in a busy and pressured environment Stocking, replenishing and cleaning business areas; Processing payments of various kinds; Offering advice to customers; Dealing with customer complaints; Utilising specialist product knowledge; Monitoring and updating sales display areas. Expected Duration 1 year
All roles require committed hard working candidates who can communicate clearly verbally and written with all levels of management and suppliers to ensure the efficient running of the relevant departments. The ideal candidates will be diligent, organised and have basic knowledge of computers and above all a passion for fashion.
GCSE Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent.

5 days worked out of 7 with 30 minutes for lunch Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.30pm Saturday 9am-6pm Sunday 11am-5pm From 1st October 2014 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for Apprentices is £2.73 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
