Customer Support Officer for a performing arts organisation3 - 6 months with the opportunity to go permanent£8 p/hr - £10 p/hrKingstonAs a Customer Support Officer reporting to the Sales and Customer Support Manager you will be joining a close-knit, small, new team based in the Kingston area. This is an SME organisation therefore you will be able to work successfully in a team with the ability to use your own initiative. This role offers the opportunity to progress and gain sound experience in a creative environment however it must be stressed that this is an SME organisation therefore progression is limited.The main purpose of this role is to deal with inbound and outbound calls and converting them into leads for the franchisee network. You must have previous customer service experience and have an interest in the creative industry particularly within performing arts/theatre. The successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and work well within a team and learn new things quickly. It is essential you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, whilst remaining highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Further responsibilities and duties: - Maintaining an excellent standard of customer support, answering enquires directly both via telephone and email Conduct ongoing surveys - Liaising with Franchisees regularly to ensure their social media sites and enquiries databases are up to date- Liaising with the external call centre- Tracking calls against campaigns, creating reports and driving conversions - Updating the system database on all activitiesWorking with a variety of queries you must be adaptable and flexible. It essential you have strong IT skills, and excellent time management with the ability to remain organised. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a position in a lively and creative environment.
