As a Global Contact Centre Agent you will be the first point of contact for the company guests and trade partners and be responsible for exceeding guest’s expectations by delivering inspirational service whilst maximizing sales opportunities* You will deliver inspirational service with each guest in line with set standards* You will be responsible for achieving individual revenue sales targets and contribute to team targets* You will gain expert knowledge of the company products, services and procedures* You will support back office functions as required e.g. ticketing and refundsDesired Skills and ExperienceThe post holder will have the following skills and experience in a contact centre, customer service or guest service environment:* Fluent in English and Korean * Customer service experience gained in a call centre environment * Experience in airline reservations or a travel organization also a definite advantage* Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHoursThe successful candidate will be working the following night shifts:12am – 8am1am – 9amInterviews and start dates ASAP.
