Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator required on a temp to perm basis based in East London Role:Marketing Coordinator Based:East London Salary:£9 – £12 per hour Start:ASAPLength:Temp to Perm Role Purpose;To develop, design and implement marketing plans for all schemes, maximising targeting of sales in line with agreed selection and allocations policy.Key Responsibilities;*Write and deliver Sales and Marketing strategies for both Shared Ownership and outright-sale (ORS) developments as assigned by the Assistant Director of Marketing. *Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies and suppliers to agree and deliver all of the necessary online and offline marketing collateral, digital placements, media and PR for each development to ensure sales periods are achieved.*Contribute in a technical or specialist area to achieve objectives and key performance indicators. Produce and deliver high quality marketing material, including site signage, sales brochures and advertising, make recommendations on creative design of new marketing material including marketing suites and show homes*Contribute to the team’s performance and customer service delivery whilst operating in line with company values delivering the highest levels of customer service. Lead on the marketing of the home ownership schemes.*Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. E.g. Local Authorities, Housing Corporation, NHF, Advertising Agencies, various media, other Housing Associations, solicitors, Contractors and Suppliers.*Controls spend within allocated budget for activities managed*Work collaboratively with other Trust teams. E.g.
