Within this role you will have the opportunity to build partnerships with dynamic banking institutions across the UK who are seeking to use our product as a platform for growth in customer volume and functional breadth.  You will be involved in the full software life cycle, from talking with potential customers, through implementation projects, to assisting existing customers with changes and developments.

Day to day responsibilities; Organises and runs progress meetings on a regular basisWorks with clients and project managers to define and agree the scope of the project / BAU deliverables relevant to their business area / role within the projectLiaises with Team Leaders, Senior Business Consultant and, Project Managers for monitoring, and completion of deliverables and task allocationHas the ability to create training plans and lead training sessions for external usersMaintains regular contact with clients, including regular scheduled meetingsIs involved with all stages of project lifecycle as necessary e.g. specification, documentation, test planning, testing case execution, training, warranty, post live, etcWhere possible, identifies opportunities in the market and help to develop new strategies and productsIdentification and management of Change RequestsParticipate and as needed, lead internal training and handover sessionsManage any escalated issues in accordance with standard procedures and service level agreementsFully understands Implementation Methodology and Production Management procedures in accordance with ISO / audit proceduresEnsure cover for absences and handover tasks during absence – Billing / Month End / Statistics / ReportsResponsible for managing Jira logs in accordance with standard procedures and ensuring all logs in synch with any client systems. Also responsible for housekeeping tasks for client Jira logs (clear down / status change after release),

Implementation Specific;Assists the Sales Team with production of client proposals as part of pre-sales activityWorks with the Sales Team to support pre-sales activitiesSupports Senior Business Consultants / Business Leads in the compilation of deliverablesProvides onsite support to clients during testing phases as requiredManages Risks and Issues raised during requirements gathering and testing phasesTakes on key roles within project for Requirements Gathering / Testing phasesDeputise for Senior Business Consultants / Business Leads to assist with deliverablesHas the ability to lead workshops to gather and document requirementsParticipate in handovers to Production Support Teams, assume responsibility as required

Production Specific;Assists on providing proposals to existing clients as part of the sales processPlanning, Management and implementation of client BAU schedule (to include test planning, training and release management in accordance with standard procedures)Collation and presentation of statistics relating to client support (number of calls, call type etc.)Responsible for tracking units (ASP) and Maintenance fees / charges and raising ALL billing requests for client in a timely mannerResponsibility for client managementWorks as part of a team to provide support to clients in Production Environment, ensuring any issues are resolved to clients satisfaction and within Service Level AgreementProduces and Manages estimates, quotations and change requests for Production systems to include schedulingProvide cover for other client managers as requiredCommunicates system and client bespoke knowledge internally (monthly updates and training)
