Inbound Full Time Customer Service Agents are needed in Didsbury to work on a temporary contract until 31/1/15. The role could become permanent for the right candidate.The role starts on Tuesday 11th November 2014.You must pass a CRB check to be considered for this post and not have any holidays booked before 31st Jan 15.

The role pays £7.40 per hour and the hours are working full time between the hours of 8am and 9pm Mon - Sun on various different shift patterns, as follows:

F1 = Mon - Fri between 8am-9pm plus 1 in 3 weekends (36.25 hrs)

F4 = Tue - Sat between 8am-9pm, off Sun & Mon (36.25 hrs)

F14 = Mon, Tue, Fri (11hr shifts) plus 1 in 3 weekend days (32.58 hrs)

Please be aware that the training is 3 weeks full time Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, so you must be able to commit to this.The ideal candidate will have previous call centre or customer service experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.This job starts immediately and is an ongoing temporary role; however, there may an opportunity of the role becoming permanent, for the right candidate, depending on business needs.The main duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows:Taking inbound calls from customers with general enquiriesProviding a world class customer service over the telephoneEstablishing the customers needs by asking effective questionsLogging all information accurately on the in-house systemWorking to customer service targetsDealing with complaintsThe ideal candidate must have a passion for customer service and team work and have a positive and friendly attitude towards customers.
