Must have sales, customer service and administration skills.Experience of processing customer orders is desirable.Ideally the candidate will have experience of dealing with orders from an e-commerce web site, in particular eBay.Good computer skills are required, especially Microsoft Office.The Role

36 Hours a Week - must be flexible, 5 days from 7, hours between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday

The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of the Sales/Customer Service Team. Day to day duties will include...

Processing of orders coming through via website, telephone, live chat & email.Ensuring customers are kept up to date with order progression.Providing first class customer services all round.General administrative duties.
