German speaking sales administrator
We have a permanent sales administration position available within our clients Redditch manufacturing facility.
You will be an integral member of a small team responsible for the organisation and management of the sales & customer service office. This will include all aspects of customer service including but not limited to, customer visits, sales promotion, quote enquiries, sales order processing, order expediting, performance reporting and dealing with the day to day challenges of working in a service orientated manufacturing environment.
Scope of role:
Responsibility for the efficient operation of the sales office, supervision of the other members of the team.
Achievement of business growth objectives via product promotion and high levels of customer care.
Forecasting and market analysis.
Preparation and issue of customer quotations from in house system.
Monitoring of sales activity and performance to target, weekly/monthly reporting.
Sales order processing, contract review, order verification.
Ability to comprehend basic engineering drawings.
Progressing and expediting of customer requirements.
Investigation and resolution of both internal & external delivery performance concerns.
Customer liaison – dealing with commercial issues, customer enquiries/complaints etc.
Language – English but also German would be advantageous
Effective communicator with intermediate skills inExcel, Word, Powerpoint
Preparation of daily/monthly sales and internal performance reports
