Our client is recruiting for Bank Support Workers to support individuals in the Nuneaton area. They support vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and / or challenging behaviour. They are looking for passionate, creative and caring Bank Support Workers to help people with support reach their full potential and become active members of the community.

You will be supporting people within their own homes and the duties will include:

• Support with Personal Care• Domestic Support• Companionship• Meal preparation• Going on day trips / holidays• Events and meeting• Support with health appointments

A driving licence and access to your own transport is desirable, but not essential. They will consider applicants without care experience as they give all their Bank Support Workers full comprehensive training and full Induction.
