There are two primary activities for this role. The first is to support the team once a potential customer has purchased the platform. This involves on boarding the new client on the back office system, managing the communication and roll out of the product and identifying the marketing strategy

The second activity will be to generate meeting opportunities through targeting clients as assigned by the sales team. Successful candidates will be commercially aware and fully understand how different businesses will benefit from this product.

Key Responsibilities

Studying the market situation and predicting the future trendsFormulating sales strategy for the productOn board all new clientsConfirming with the merchant the receipt of the KYC (Know your Customer) documents i.e. Proof of ID, Proof of Address, Proof of Bank and Merchant Contract detailsOrganise and send all marketing material e.g. leaflets, stickers, headrest covers in order for the merchants to be fully set up & ready to launchDeveloping & managing customer relationships moving forward ensuring the product is being fully utilisedIdentifying & resolving any issues customers may have with the installation of the ) productAnalyse the use of the product identifying clients’ needs i.e. training, targeting promotions in order to increase the use of the ) product.Advise customers how they can increase the useProviding post sale monthly reportingManage supplier relationship for all printing of QR codesGeneral administration of CRM system and online filing tools
