As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, the role requires a person who can get to the heart of an issue or requirement and see creative ways of addressing it. Their ideas will be grounded in the reality of our context and business. That person will be a good problem solver and capable of bring others along with their ideas. They will be a strong team player, and someone who can lead a mixed team of IT and business representatives in the delivery of a solution.Duties as A Business Analyst / Project ManagerWork with representatives from all appropriate areas of the business to clearly understand and where necessary document our current business processes in order to define the nature of the business problem and the needs of the business. Document & communicate these effectively. Identify and define in conjunction with business representatives the future needs of the business, based on both incremental development and longer-range vision for the business – looking cross functionally at end-to-end process. Elicit and analyse the business requirements, business rules, and constraints in order to identify the detailed requirements of the solution. The solution may be IT based and/or require a change in business process.Lead the development team and user representatives through solution design and architecture activity. Apply your own insight to see fit-for-purpose solutions that deliver the most benefit whilst moving our overall systems architecture forward.Actively ensure that the right level of modelling, collaboration, and documentation is achieved throughout the project.
Where managing delivery of projects:Assist business in implementation activity, including developing suitable test cases, supporting user acceptance testing and user training.Produce and manage project plan to an appropriate level. This includes active stakeholder management, resourcing, tracking and reporting of progress.Manage and mitigate risks, and ensure that issues are dealt with efficiently and appropriately.Provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the project objective
Essential Skills as a Business Analyst / Project Manager

·Strong communication. Ability to articulate ideas, problems, and solutions in a way other people understand.
·Excellent written communication skills, including visual modelling.
·Excellent inter-personal skills; can demonstrate ability to influence, persuade and negotiate with all levels effectively. Able to adapt to different audiences.
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy balanced with the ability to abstract and view the broader picture.
·Skilled in process modelling and requirements gathering
·Comprehension and appreciation of system/architecture /technical implications.

·Good attitude, flexible and adaptable nature
·Proficient in MS Office packages and Microsoft Project.
