Account Manager (Groupon UK/FR Accounts)

Heads Group is multi-national multi-channel e-commerce retailer established in 2011 working predominantly with group buying/ distribution websites such as Groupon, LivingSocial and Wowcher distributing over 30,000 customer orders a month worldwide. 

Our products target end consumers and customers of sites such as Groupon/Wowcher. Our focus is currently on selling products from the following categories: electronics and mobile accessories, health and beauty and home and lifestyle.

Our mission is to take our expertise, product research and distribution infrastructure to daily deal style/group buying businesses around the world.

Currently, we trade in USA, UK, Ireland, France, Germany and the Baltics.

Brief Job Description

We are looking for bright, extremely organised, highly driven and very personable Junior Account Manager to manage sales and opportunities with a number of our key accounts (e.g. Groupon and LivingSocial).

The Ideal Candidate:

You must be bright, highly driven and excellent communicatorYou should be extremely organised and able to work under pressure.You must have excellent verbal and written communication and have a very professional and friendly telephone mannerThis is a highly numerate role and the right candidate must be very good with numbers, MS excel and retaining and recalling meticulous pieces of information.You must be a natural leader and out of the box thinker with great aspirations of becoming senior management of a globally growing organisation.You must have a natural interest in internet based sales channels such as Groupon, Ebay and Amazon.You must have a passion for the business challenges that working for a growing company offers, you will be rewarded by an interesting and fast/progressive career and the opportunity to be a key player in this company's growth and success.

Primary duties involve:

Keeping up to date with our top selling products and pricing information.Being able to calculate best sales prices for our accounts such that our minimum profit thresholds are met.Ensure that our entire product range is presented to each of your accounts along with relevant product and pricing information.Recording all relevant sales and opportunities on our sales system.Responding to all contracts for agreed sales and ensure all necessary actions and obligations from Heads Group are met.Carry out product research for new products to source and present to our accounts.Liaise with our creative, sourcing and purchasing teams to ensure that product information, pricing and stock is up to date and available for the sale of each agreed product sale.
