HR Administrator - CranbrookMy client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their HR team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role will be offered on a full time basis for the right candidate, with the possibility of there being a permanent role available at the end of the 12 months.The successful candidate will assist the HR team and undertake a wide range of work procedures such as recruitment administration, reference chasing, updating the HR database, issuing appropriate documentation for new starters/leavers, prepare induction folders and process leavers administration. You will also undertake other ad-hoc administrative duties such as administering attendance sheets, providing training reports and assist in the annual review of the company's training needs analysis.The successful candidate will be a strong administrator with a proven track record in HR. You will be looking for somewhere that will aid you in your career progression. You must have a flexible attitude and the ability to multi-task.
