Customer Service Advisor

Permanent  for Office Angels in Nottingham

Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Ad visor. You and the team will be responsible for the day to day running of the Customer Services Department (CS). Ensuring that an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to all of our customers.Key Responsibilities:*To ensure the full implementation of the Customer Services strategy across the business.*To ensure the accurate processing of welcome packs and upload of documentation.*To ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescale.*To actively promote and manage the processes of continuous improvement in Customer Services standards within call enquiries.*Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function.Other Duties:*Checking account status each day for accounts and taking necessary actions.*Acknowledging termination requests and responding accordingly to T&C’s.*Managing and updating relevant spreadsheets.*Being first point of contact for customer complaints.*Ensuring renewal accounts have had renewal reminders and passed to the sales department for re-quoting.*Ensuring rollover accounts are passed to sales department for re-quoting.*Creating and setting up new accounts on our internal computer system.*Resolving objected accounts and re-nominating sites.Essential Criteria:*Experience within a busy commercial customer services environment*Excellent customer awareness and focus*First-rate communication and interpersonal skills*Demands high standards of accuracy and attention to detail*Needs to demonstrate initiative*Need to be flexible and a strong team player as the role will develop over time*A true passion for building a career in the Customer Service industry and to grow within the organisation is requiredIf you feel that you have the correct skills and experience for this role please apply below.
