I.T Support Analyst (Retail)

The Retail Talent Network are working with a highly successful London based Fashion retailer looking to find an I.T Support Analyst to join the busy technology service department

A background in Retail technology would be a distinct advantage in this role

JOB SUMMARY

To provide first line and second line customer support ensuring the day-to-day running of all office and retail based computers, networks, telephony and applications – main focus will be the ERP Systems - maintain user profiles and asset registers

Maintaining call logging system for incidents and requests and reporting thereof to the management team

This is a customer focused role, and will be the primary contact between the IT department and the users. Covering both applications and infrastructure

KEY SKILLS

IT experience, at least one year in similar roleExperience of hardware and software maintenanceExperience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Qualification in Microsoft Windows or (XP, 7, server)Experience of performing PC and laptop setupsBasic networking skillsAbility to liaise with all levels of the business clearly and conciselyDemonstrate the ability to solve issues simply, efficiently and proactivelyMaintain positive and supporting relationship with all departmentsBe proactive in your approachITIL FoundationThorough, results focused, completer / finisherAble to work independently and as part of a teamAble to multi-task effectively while setting priorities and meeting deadlinesPassion for quality and highest levels of serviceInnovative (creative, able to challenge and make improvements)
