PA/Office Manager

Permanent  for Infracore UK Ltd in West London

Infracore UK Ltd, a growing Home Technology Consultancy based in Mayfair, London have an excellent opportunity for a full time Office Manager.

You will carry out the following duties:

Arrange meetings, attend and take minutes

Draft letters, emails, audio typing, writing up new processes

Create/Process purchase orders, quotes and invoices

Compile contract documentation

Coordinate financial information

Create presentation documents and reports

File and organise archived company information

Occasional site visits (all central London)

Assist in finding new products and suppliers

Provide input to streamline existing company processes and systems.

Provide input in the creation of new company website

Manage calendars and diaries

Administrate company intranet and ticketing system.

Organise travel and accommodation (UK and Overseas)

Essential skills and experience:

Experience with CRM and Project Management platforms

Experience of co-ordinating meetings/events

Experience of maintaining office systems including databases & internal groups/calendars

Highly organised and efficient with attention to detail

Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (in particular excel)

Excellent written English skills

Ability to use initiative and work effectively as part of a team

Ability to prioritise work appropriately and multi-task

Enjoy working in fluid environments where you are encouraged to use own initiative

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Flexible, positive, confident, proactive, pragmatic & self motivated

Preferred skills & experience

Experience in the Residential Custom Installation/Audio Visual sector (with emphasis on ‘High End’ and Multi-Dwelling Units)

Project Management experience

Experience in using Asana, Trello, Evernote, Toms Planner or Zen Desk

French speaking

Proficient in use of AutoCAD (2D)
