Assistant Asset Manager

Parkwood Project Management is a dedicated project management company within Parkwood Holdings plc. The Company provides a range of services in the areas of project management and operational contract management to the leisure division of the Group. Parkwood Project Management has a requirement for the following role to join the team:

Assistant Asset Manager

40 hours per week

Based in Worcester

This is a diverse role where you will support the Asset Manager and contribute to the success of a number of leisure building lifecycle and construction projects. Having involvement in the management of all aspects of a project, the role will provide key support by having responsibility for key tasks.  The Project and Asset Management teams must ensure that the projects perform to the highest standards, in compliance with project documents, and are delivered to the satisfaction of the clients. The role will be based from our office at Worcester, and requires travel to sites across the UK.  

The candidate will be a graduate and a minimum of two years working experience in asset management or maintenance management is essential.  Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills are essential for this role, together with report writing and presentation skills.
