PA to MMM Directors

About the role

In this important behind-the-scenes role, you’ll give full PA support to MMM’s Production Director, Group Creative Director and Group Project Director - Resorts. Managing a team of four administrators this role not only supports the three Directors but also their teams, making you one of the main point of contacts for the London office.  Day-to-day, this’ll cover everything from arranging international travel,managing the directors’ diaries, co-ordinating meeting schedules and completing expenses in a timely manner, to taking ownership of  creating accurate and dynamic presentations that take place, distributing important information to the relevant teams, managing your team of four with regular catch ups and performance reviews and you’ll also have the chance to arrange and attend team meetings onsite and offsite.As well as ensuring the Directors diaries are run efficiently and effectively , you’ll make it your mission to respond to all telephone queries, mail and emails and, as an MMM Travel Champion, it’ll be your responsibility to ensure all travel is booked according to Merlin travel policy and arrange cost-effective domestic and international business trips, making sure that all attendees have the necessary documents and visa’s arranged. You will also be involved in organising social events within the building.It takes a great team of people to create the memorable experiences that Merlin is famed for – do well in this role and you’ll be one of them.

About you

With a couple of years’ PA experience under your belt, your organisational skills will be second to none and you’ll be able to plan ahead to make sure that the Directors’ diary and meeting needs are met.  Your fantastic knowledge of how to proactively manage the Directors diary will mean you’ll be able to fully support them on a day to day basis, also being PC literate, you’ll have a strong knowledge of, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF Writer. Your excellent communication skills will make dealing with people at all levels of the business a breeze, meaning that you’ll help to create a little magic every day.
