Bank Reconciliation Administrator

Permanent  for Office Angels in Annesley, Nottingham

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy lettings team as a Customer Accounts Administrator. The role involves administration of client accounting, bank reconciliation and auditing. You will be providing legal administrative and client account support; receiving inbound and making outbound calls from/to our new and existing customers, in addition to Countrywide's retail branch network. It will be your role to make sure each customer is afforded the best possible service, by identifying their needs, and delivering an elite experience. You will follow procedures to ensure that as a company and department, we continue to comply with all regulatory, financial and core operational system requirements. It is these skills that make us the UK'S winning lettings provider. Responsibilities· Work within defined legal policies, company quality criteria and comply with guidelines for operating client accounts, when using systems and processing documentation. · Deal with administrative and/or accounting enquiries, in an efficient and timely manner.· Ensure all documentation and correspondence produced from our in-house system is checked for accuracy before processing.· To attend and participate in team meetings and briefings as required. Requirements· Previous accounting experience preferred· AAT qualification is required· Be flexible and adaptable to changes in legal policies and company quality criteria when required.· Retain proven customer service experience, demonstrating clear and precise written and verbal communication skills. · Display an aptitude to learn and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.· Educated to a minimum of grade C GCSE level or equivalent in English and mathematics.· PC literate including all Microsoft office packages.If you are a numerate, focused, meticulous, problem-solver with a logical mind and the above skills, then please applyOffice Angels is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
