Administration Assistant

Permanent  for Robert Walters in Manchester

Robert Walters Plc are delighted to be representing a prestigious international law firm based in Manchester City Centre. They are currently recruiting an Administration Assistant to support case handlers and partners.

As an Administration Assistant your duties and responsibilities will include; * Working closely with case handlers and partners to assist them with their day-to-day needs. * Working with confidential information * Input, logging, merging and reporting data onto an Excel spreadsheet * Opening/ distributing post * Dealing with e-mail queries * Dealing with outgoing correspondence * Communication with internal and external clients * Photocopying, printing, filing and faxing. * General Ad-hoc duties

The following skills and expertise are required; * Flexible and proactive in approach * Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload * Professional approach with a strong focus on client service provision * Excellent communication skills * Good attention to detail * Capability of working under own initiative as well as part of a team * Excellent spelling and grammar * Literate in a variety of MS packages, including Excel, word and Outlook
