Learning and Development (L&D) Executive

Job Summary:

We are offering the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding team. As part of the Operations Department, this pivotal role aids in the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis and continuously strives to develop the excellent reputation of LMC and quality of service delivered to our clients

Your remit will include assisting in the development of international customised training proposals, quality control and monitoring and evaluating the training provision.  You will also be responsible for liaising with clients and other departments to further the needs of the business, be actively involved in company projects and manage the suppliers for all LMC merchandise and other products and services.

Skills & Experience Required:

Educated to Degree level2+ years’ experience working within a customer facing corporate business environmentCommitted to delivering exceptional standards of customer service as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be proactive and show initiative whilst handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environmentPrevious experience in procuring goods and services / negotiation would be advantageousA keen eye for detailStrong cultural awarenessA positive ‘can do’ attitude and hardworking mentalityProficient in Microsoft office applications and IT literatePrevious experience working with international clients is desirable
