Support Analyst (Software / Application)
As a result of continued growth, our client, a successful software company is now looking to grow their Helpdesk team.
You will be providing customer support for a web application written in Microsoft technologies. Preference will be given to candidates with some previous experience of providing telephone support in a IT Helpdesk environment. There will be an opportunity to go on client sites from time to time. A good conceptual understanding of databases is expected. Knowledge and experience of SQL is essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a talent for problem solving and the ability to apply these skills in a technical environment. This role could be your 1st role having graduated (with a relevant Degree) or it could prove to be the 2nd or 3rd step in your career.
